Shipping Policy for SlashPryz.com
- Order Processing and Timing Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days. SlashPryz.com reserves the right to delay shipment for additional verification procedures to ensure order security and authenticity.
- Shipping Methods and Coverage We currently offer shipping services across mainland India through select courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, while express delivery (where available) takes 3-4 business days. SlashPryz.com reserves the right to choose the most appropriate shipping carrier for each order based on location and service availability.
- Shipping Costs and Free Shipping Standard shipping charges vary based on delivery location and product weight. Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 15,000. For orders below this threshold, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Additional charges may apply for remote locations or special handling requirements as determined by SlashPryz.com.
- Order Tracking and Updates A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. While we strive to maintain accurate tracking information, SlashPryz.com is not responsible for any delays or tracking inaccuracies caused by shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking information.
- Product Inspection and Delivery All electronic products undergo thorough testing before shipping. However, customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery agent. Any visible external damage must be reported immediately and noted on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so may affect the return/replacement process.
- Address Accuracy and Modifications Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Once an order is processed, address modifications may not be possible. Any reshipping required due to incorrect address information will be charged to the customer at full shipping rates.
- Failed Delivery Attempts If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, subsequent delivery attempts will be made as per courier partner policies. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to SlashPryz.com, and customer will be liable for return shipping charges for any reshipment requests.
- Insurance and Loss Protection All shipments include basic insurance. However, SlashPryz.com's liability is limited to the declared value of the product or the purchase price, whichever is lower. Additional insurance can be purchased at checkout for high-value items.
- International Shipping Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered to valid Indian addresses only. Any attempts to ship to international addresses using freight forwarding services will void the product warranty and return policy.
- Special Handling Requirements Certain products may require special handling or installation. These services, if available, will be charged separately and must be arranged in advance. SlashPryz.com reserves the right to refuse special handling requests based on service availability and feasibility.
- Shipping Delays and Force Majeure SlashPryz.com is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, civil unrest, or carrier delays. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on external factors.
- Package Security All packages are securely sealed with tamper-evident packaging. Customers should not accept packages with broken seals or visible tampering. SlashPryz.com is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from accepting compromised packages.
